Pet Friendly rate

How to book:

When booking, select the "Pet Stay" rate or call +7 (495) 258-14-14. Our staff will help you choose the right room for a comfortable stay with your four-legged friend.

Rules for staying with pets:

1. Accommodation in a room with a pet (dog or cat) of small/decorative breeds.
2. The pet's weight is strictly up to 7 kg.
3. 1 number = 1 pet.
4. Before booking a room:
   • it is required to notify the Hotel administration of the intention to live with a pet;
   • provide information about the animal (breed, age, size, weight and other special characteristics);
   • find out if there are any special conditions/restrictions on its placement at the moment.
5. On the day of arrival, upon check-in at the hotel, the Guest must:
   • Get acquainted with these Rules of living with an animal under a receipt confirming agreement with these rules.
   • Providea security deposit of 5,000 rubles at the reception desk as a guarantee of payment for possible damage caused to animals during their stay at the Hotel.
6. At the time of departure: The guest undertakes to transfer the hotel room to the cleaning service of the room fund.
   • If the Hotel (room) is damaged, an Act of property damage is drawn up with an indication of the value of the damaged property in accordance with the current Price List.
   • In the absence of damage to the Guest, the deposit is refunded in full.
7. Placement is allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established sample (a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations).
8. For your pet, the Guest must have with him:
   • a sleeping mat for the animal, a special container (cage) and dishes for feeding it.
   • a special tray or other special litter for pets that do not require walking on the street.

The privileges under the loyalty program (accrual of nights and status upgrade) do not apply to the tariff.
